Please note that the Annual Forum is to be attended by all students and one representative per project (i.e. Project Leader) only.
The CRCLCL will cover the following travel costs relating to the event for all interstate project leaders and students for the Participants Annual Forum 2014:
- Return economy airfares from your capital city
- One night’s accommodation including meals of up to $250 per night (capped)
- or WA project leaders and students may have two nights’ accommodation including meals of up to $250 per night (capped) allowing arrival the night before the commencement of the event.
- Taxi fares to and from the airport You are expected to make your own travel arrangements.
The CRCLCL will then reimburse you for the travel cost upon presentation of receipts of payments. Please email receipts to Ross Flemons r.flemons@unsw.edu.au
